Heard Mr. Shobhit Koshta, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. Saumya Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the respondent/ State. 2. The present CRMP has been 8led by the petitioner with the following prayer :- “It is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR bearing FIR and Crime No. 111/2019 dated 28/2/2019, registered at PS- Civil Lines, Raipur, District- Raipur, CG against the present petitioners for o0ence u/s 420, 34 of IPC along with the supplementary charge sheet bearing No. 161A/25 7led on 5/5/25 against the petitioners for o0ence u/s 420, 34 of IPC which is a gross abuse of process of law, illegal and against the provision of law and thus, liable to be quashed in the interest of justice. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order taking cognizance dated 21/5/25 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur, District- Raipur, CG in the interest of justice. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioners bearing Criminal Case No.- 26663/25 pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur, District- Raipur, CG in the interest of justice. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deem 7t and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioners in the interest of justice.” 3. At the very outset, it has been informed to this Court that there were two cases registered against the present petitioner. Proceedings of 3 the one of the cases were challenged in CRMP No. 3728/2025, however vide order dated 09/12/2025, the said petition was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all such pleas and contentions as may be available to him in law before the learned trial Court at the appropriate stage of trial. 4. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition also with the aforesaid liberty. 5. Learned State counsel has no objection. 6. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 7. Certi8ed copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
