GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents-police not to call petitioner to the police station in connection with Rowdy Sheet and not to interfere with the day to day life of the petitioner pending 2 disposal of the above writ petition pending disposal of the above writ petition.” 2. Sri Peta Gnana Teja, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, no cases are pending against the Petitioner and hence, the impugned rowdy sheet may be set aside. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, no cases are pending against the Petitioner and to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the Petitioner the impugned Rowdy Sheet has been opened against the Petitioner. 4.
