This Court, vide order dated 11.12.2024 passed in MCRC No. 2 7953 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioners, namely, Sanjay Geer Giri and Omprakash Bhadhroliya, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on one occasion, also this Court had granted extension of time for conclusion of trial vide order dated 24.07.2025 in CRMP No.2331 of 2025. 4. The learned Special Judge N.D.P.S. Saraipali, District - Mahasamund (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 15.11.2025 has requested for grant of four months more time for concluding the trial. 5. It appears from the perusal of the PUD that the evidence of seven prosecution witnesses have already been recorded, and the remaining three material witnesses will be examined as soon as they appear, after which the case will be concluded expeditiously. Although summons/warrants were issued, the evidence could not be recorded due to the absence of important witnesses. Hence, a prayer is made for extension of time in conclusion of the trial. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid 3 direction. 8.
