This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is challenging the ex parte impugned order dated February 11, 2025 passed by respondent no.2/Executive Engineer, Urban Electricity Distribution Division-IV, Bhelupur, District Varanasi, whereby the petitioner has been deprived for electricity connection. 3. In light of the same, it is a clear that principles of natural justice has been violated. 4. Accordingly, the ex parte impugned order dated February 11, 2025 is quashed and set aside with a direction upon the authority concerned to pass a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from date, after granting an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. 5.
