Heard Sri S.K. Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manya Dixit, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. 2. There are very serious charges against the petitioners that they have submitted forged educational documents, which, on verification from the concerned University were found to be forged also and declared that they were not eligible and accordingly their respective appointments were cancelled. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners has tried to convince the Court, however, there is no document to contradict above finding, therefore, failed. 4. Counsel for respondents submits that nothing substantial mentioned in the writ petition to contradict the verification report of the university that the educational documents were forged. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, the relief sought cannot be granted. 6. Therefore, I do not find any reason or ground to interfere with the impugned order. 7.
