Pleader ORDER This Writ Petition is filed praying for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order No 3682/2018/pa3 dated 9-1-2019 of the 2nd Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to grant pension and other terminal benefits taking note of entire service of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the respondents have acceded to the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition and have granted pension and terminal benefits to the petitioner vide proceedings dated 29.08.2025 and as such, the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands redressed.

WP No. 13773 of 2019 since, the respondents have now granted the petitioner pension and terminal benefits taking note of his entire service, the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands redressed and no further orders are necessary.
