Petitioner joined respondent-Education Department as Trained Graduate Teacher (Medical) on contract basis at Government High School, Sarma, U/c GSSS Bai Materni, District Solan, H.P. Her services were later on regularized by the respondent-Department. 3. Citing her several adverse family circumstances, i.e. (i). Losing her husband; (ii). The only person responsible for taking care of her in-laws and parents; (iv). Being posted at a distance of 200 kms from her native place, the petitioner preferred a representation dated 24.10.2024 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2 seeking her adjustment to some other station. Petitioner’s grievance is that aforesaid representation has not been decided by respondent No.2/competent authority till date. 3. Looking into the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of four weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
