ORDER
Heard Sri Parimi Rama Rayudu, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri S.Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services–I for the 1st respondent and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4.
2. A show cause notice vide Rc.No.DWMA-SA/27/2024-OA(E3-EGS)- DWMANLR, dated 22.08.2024 (Ex.P1) was issued to the petitioner by the 3rd respondent. The petitioner submitted explanation and thereafter, personal hearing was conducted on 26.11.2024.

Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the 3rd respondent conducted inquiry in respect of some of the works on 26.11.2024 and in respect of other works, the inquiry was not completed so far.
4. Learned standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4, submitted the instructions of the 3rd respondent, wherein it was mentioned that inquiry was completed on 26.11.2024 and appropriate orders will be passed within one week in accordance with Rules.
5. Thus as seen from the material on record there is no dispute regarding issuance of notice and conducting inquiry on 26.11.2024. The imputation in the notice is misappropriation of funds. It is not the case of the petitioner that no opportunity of hearing was afforded. The averment in para 9 of the affidavit regarding works is not in consonance with the contents of the notice.
6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is
disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the counsel, directing the learned 4th respondent to pass appropriate orders strictly in terms of the Field Assistants Human Resource Policy, 2013 qua the notice Ex P.1. No costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
