After the petition was filed by the petitioner, the petitioner passed away. The legal heirs of the deceased petitioner were brought on record as per the order dated 22.1.2018. 2. It is noticed that the legal representatives of the deceased were not represented. However, it is also noticed that advocate notice was issued and served to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner in 2022, however they did not enter appearance either in person or through any counsel. Therefore, it appears that the legal heirs are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. The writ petition is therefore, DISMISSED for non- prosecution. Rule is discharged.
