The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief(s): “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing the impugned letter dated 28/07/2025 (Annexure P/6), passed by the Respondent No. 2 as being without jurisdiction, illegal, arbitrary, in violation of principles of natural justice. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction commanding the respondents to restore the tender process to the stage obtaining immediately prior to the impugned cancellation dated 28/07/2025 and to allot the plot no. 13 in Block No. 5A to the petitioner. 10.3 That any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be granted in favor of the petitioner safeguarding their interest.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh, as a new tender has been floated and the same needs to be challenged. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents submits that in the similar matter, this Court has dismissed the writ petition. 5. As prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ 3 petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh, if any further cause of action arises.
