6. Mr. Vansh Gopal Mishra, Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Akhilesh Sharma, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4, submits that the seniority list of schools situated in urban area has been fixed by following Government order dated 22.12.2010. As per the aforesaid Government order, the basis of seniority for the Assistant Teacher transferred from rural area to urban area is the date of joining in urban area. The petitioners joined the post on 02.07.2011 while respondent no.10 joined the post on 01.07.2011, accordingly being senior to the petitioner. He further submits that objections were invited on the provisional list, which was published in two daily newspapers but the petitioner did not file any objection, thereby accepting the provisional 2
seniority list, therefore, cannot turn around and challenge the same at this stage. 7. The aforesaid fact has not been denied by the petitioner in the rejoinder affidavit so filed. 8. In view of the aforesaid discussion, no interference is called for. Accordingly, the aforesaid writ petitions are dismissed.
