1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 To call for the records of the case for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority no.6 to issue GPF, Gratuity and other pensionary benefits to petitioner within stipulated period of 60 days. 10.3 Any other relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted.”

Brief facts of the case, is that, the petitioner is not challenging any specific order; however, due to the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities regarding his superannuation from service on 31.12.2022, the petitioner has not been granted any pensionary benefits, including provident fund and gratuity, till date. The petitioner was initially appointed as a Teacher in Government Primary School, Mehandi, Block Pamgarh, and was subsequently promoted to the post of Upper Division Teacher on 29.09.2018. The petitioner had also communicated a No Objection Certificate issued by Government Higher Secondary School, Koshla, Block Pamgarh, District Janjgir–Champa (C.G.) concerning his superannuation on 31.12.2022, which was duly implemented by the Principal, Government Higher Secondary School, Koshla, Block Pamgarh, District Janjgir–Champa (C.G.) on the said date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the
3 petitioner has been paid the entire amount of his service-related dues, a remaining sum of Rs.
14,860 is still outstanding and has not yet been released in his favour, despite his repeated requests and the passage of considerable time, thereby causing unwarranted hardship to him. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that a proposal for disbursement of the aforesaid amount has already been forwarded to the competent authorities for necessary action. He further submits that, upon completion of the requisite formalities, the said amount is likely to be released and paid to the petitioner within a period of 30 days. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 6. Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, and further taking into account the submissions advanced by learned counsel for both parties, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent authority to ensure release of the aforesaid amount in favour of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law and without any further delay.
