Vide order dated 26.10.2017 notice was issued to the opposite party nos.2 to 5. As per the office report dated 18.08.2025 notice has been served on the opposite party nos.2 to 5. Despite service of notice, no one appears on behalf of the opposite party nos.2 to 5. 5. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant- Veer Singh with the following prayers: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the present application (U/S 482 of Cr.P.C.) and quash the order dated 28.11.2016 passed by Additional Session Judge Court No.5, Saharanpur in Criminal Revision No.487 of 2015 (Sureso Vs. State of U.P. and another) arising out of Complaint No.2343 of 2014 Under Section 323, 452, 506 I.P.C. Police Station-Chilkana, District-Saharanpur as well as order dated 12.07.2017 passed by A.C.J.M./Ist Additional Civil Judge (S.D.) Saharanpur. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the court below to summoned the opposite party No.2 to 5 for the offence under section 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station-Chilkana, District-Saharanpur, and/or to pass such other and further order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case, otherwise the applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 6. This matter is reported by the office through the report dated 04.08.2025 of Registrar (J) (Listing) that it is likely to be infructuous. 7. Perused the records. 8. Since there is no one appearing on behalf of the applicant to press this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the matter being likely to have become infructuous by efflux of time, the same is dismissed as such. 9. The present application is dismissed as infructuous. 10. Registrar (Compliance) to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge/trial court concerned within a week.
