GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 5, especially respondent Nos.4 and 5, in not registering the FIR against the respondent Nos.6 to 13 based on the report dated 05.05.2024 given by the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provision of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, and also violation of Articles 14, 19 and Article 21 of the Constitution of India, and principles of natural justice. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that after filing of the present writ petition on 24.01.2025, the police registered the FIR, vide No.28 of 2025, on 28.01.2025. Therefore, cause in the writ petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
