GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 BKM,J W.P.NO.25166 OF 2020 ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the Respondents in trying to dispossess the Petitioner from his land to an extent of Ac.0.45 situated in Sy.No.127/2 of Satyavada Village, K Gangavaram Mandal, East Godavari District to provide house sites to the weaker sections under <NAVARATNALU-PEDALANDARIKI ILLU= Scheme without following due process of law. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter-affidavit of the 4th respondent submits that the subject land was originally assessed as a Government dry land and the same was converted into Gram Khantam land. The lay out was formed in the subject land for the purpose of house-sites in the welfare scheme of houses for the poor. But, there is an interim order passed by this Court on 30.12.2020. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject houses to an extent of Ac.0.45 situated in Sy.No.127/2 of Satyavada Village, K Gangavaram Mandal, East Godavari District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted, for any public purpose. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated.
