1. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3/de facto complainant and the injured submit that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have filed I.A. No.2 of 2025, accompanying the affidavits of respondents 2 and 3/ de facto complainant and the injured and the joint memo, seeking the permission of this Court to allow the petitioner and the de facto complainant and the injured to compound the offence under Section 125(b) of the B.N.S. registered against the petitioner and another accused in C.C. No.11 of 2025 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsapur. 2. The petitioner and respondents 2 and 3/de facto complainant and the injured are present in the Court. The parties were identified by the respective counsel and identity cards of both the parties were verified. 3. Respondents 2 and 3 together submit that, pursuant to the intervention of well-wishers, they have withdrawn the allegations made against the petitioner.

13 The Complainants complained against the A1 and some other person by name Mogalu Anand Byda, S/o. Kasimpera for grievous injuries due to their negligence act. causing A crime was registered vide FIR. No. 290/2024 under Section 125 (b) (c) of BNS, R/w. Section 3 (5) of BNS of Mogaltur Police Station and Police filed charge sheet against the 2nd Party and another for offences under Section 125 (b) (c) of BNS, R/w. Section 3 (5) of BNS. The learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Narsapur taken cognisance and numbered as C.C.No. 11 of 2025. It is submitted that both the Complainant family and Accused No.l family are residing same place. After the lodging the said Complainants family and other village elders intervened and advised the Complainant and Accused No. 1 family members to settle the disputes. The Complainants voluntarily decided to with the Criminal Proceedings against the Accused No.l. There is no threat or coercion for settlement. So, the Complainants have decided to withdraw the criminal proceedings against the Accused No.l. And whereas during the pendency of the above said cases, the elders of the both sides attempted to clear the differences between the parties but the same prove to futile and the parties herein in the presence of elders and the parties have agreed to settle the issue amicably outside the court and it is mutually agreed by both the parties that, they will compromise the above said case on the following terms and conditions.
