(2) Petitioner has challenged order dated 23.10.2024, passed by Assistant Collector, 1st Class, Haridwar in proceedings under Section 202 of UPZA & LR Act read with Rule 176-A(2) of UPZA & LR Rules. (3) Learned State Counsel has drawn attention of this Court to the provision contained in Entry 19 and 21 of Schedule II of UPZA & LR Act, which provides for first appeal against an order under Section 202 of the Act before Commissioner and second appeal before Board of Revenue. (4) Since petitioner has statutory remedy under UPZA & LR Act, therefore, writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternate remedy, with liberty to approach appropriate forum.
