Mr. S.N.Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is mother. Her son died accidental death. Her claim for compensation was rejected on order dated 12th March, 2024 saying, her son did not have any land recorded in his name. The allegation is incorrect inasmuch as his client's son is a cultivator. He seeks interference of Court. 2. Mr. Ashim Mukherjee, learned advocate Standing counsel appears on behalf of State. 3. Petitioner's claim appears to be covered by order dated 21st August, 2024 of co-ordinate Bench in Writ-C no. 26183 of 2024 (Smt. Gulab Kali vs. State of U.P. and 3 others). We direct respondent no.3 to reconsider the claim and unless found otherwise as false, disburse the compensation under the scheme within six weeks of communication of certified copy of this order. 4.
