Respondents (Cause-title taken from Case Information System) For Petitioners : None For State : Mr. Devesh G. Kela, Panel Lawyer Hon’ble Shri Amitendra Kishore Prasad, Judge Order on Board 04.11.2025 1. Earlier, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner when the matter was called twice on 13.01.2023 and the matter was adjourned. YOGESH TIWARI Digitally signed by YOGESH TIWARI Date: 2025.11.06 19:22:58 +0530 2 2. Today also, when the matter is called out, none appears, nor is any representation made on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition despite repeated calls. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter. 3. Mr. Devesh G. Kela, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State/respondents, is present. 4. The petitioner has prayed for following relief(s) in the writ petition :- “10.1) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 20.12.2022 and pass order for staying the petitioner in the presently posted place. 10.2) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem-fit and appropriate.” 5. From the perusal of the reliefs sought in the writ petition, it appears that, by efflux of time, the present petition has become infructuous, as no interim order or stay has been passed in respect of the order dated 28.08.2021. It further appears that the petitioner has already complied with the said order of posting dated 28.08.2021. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. 3 7. However, if any fresh cause of action arises in future, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court by filing an appropriate petition in accordance with law.
