The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of furnishing an information with the Officer-in-charge of Barasat Police Station on or about 14th July, 2022, no steps have been taken.
The petitioners are the parents of the respondent no.5.
The accusations are that the petitioners, who are the aged persons, are being harassed and heckled both mentally and physically at the behest of the private respondents.
State has submitted a report
which reflects that State has taken some steps.
Since the representation was made on 14.07.2022, if similar inconveniences are faced by the petitioners, they would file a fresh representation before the concerned police station.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 28616 of 2022 is disposed of.
