N0.75B, Maduru Road, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa District. ...Petitioner/Accused No.1 AND The State of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. by Public Prosecutor, High Court of AP, Amaravati. .. .Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 528 of BNSS is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition requiring him to appear once a week, i.e., every Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m., before the Station House officer concerned, as imposed in CrI.P No. 8435 of 2025 dated 16.09.2025 The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 16.09.2025 made in CrI.P No. 8435 of 2025 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.Janakirami Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor for Respondent, the Court made the following
ORDER
“Heard learned counsellor the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein vide order dated 16.09.2025, imposed a condition directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Station House Officer once in a week, i.e., on Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., until further orders. Learned counsel would further submit that the investigation is now over and the charge r sheet has also been filed, and it has become very difficult for the petitioner to appear before the police every week.
Learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition from the date of the order. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet has been filed in this matter and that the Court may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made and since the investigation is completed in this matter, the condition imposed on the petitionerherein vide
order dated 16.09.2025 in Crl.P.No.8435 of 2025, ie., the Petitioner/Accused No.1 shall appear before the Station House Officer, concerned, once in a week i.e., on Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., until further orders, is hereby relaxed.
