The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent authorities in demolishing the petitioner’s ACC-roofed house of an extent of 105.224 sq.yards, situated at Sy.No.595/2, Ravindra Nagar, Magunta Layout, Nellore Bit-I, SPSR Nellore District, without the issuance of prior notice. It was apprehended that the respondent would demolish the house, and this Court, by its order dated 11.02.2022, directed the respondent authorities to refrain from demolishing the house. 2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent corporation submits that the petitioner has been constructing the compound wall and has been residing at the above-mentioned site, and that any further action against the petitioner will be taken by the respondent authorities strictly in accordance with the due process of law, by issuing appropriate notices. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
