Record shows that the present petition is of the year 2015 and has been filed with a prayer to the respondent No.2 i.e. District Magistrate, Deoira to take appropriate decision in the matter of the petitioner and further for a direction to the respondent No.3 i.e. District Basic Education Officer, Deoira to let the petitioner for working on the post of Warden in Kasturba Gandhi Residential Girls School (hereinafter referred to as the "Institution"). 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents submits in support of his submissions has placed reliance upon the paragraph No.4 of the counter affidavit and submits that post of Warden in the Institution is purely contractual in nature for a period of only eleven months and the petitioner was appointed on contractual basis on 16.1.2014 and was not further renewed. Learned counsel for the petitioner in this backdrop submits that present petition is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed. 5.
