The 1 St respondent filed O.S.No.580 of 2016 before the learned II Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam for specific performance of the agreement of sale. This Suit ended in a compromise, which was recorded by the Lok Adalat and an Award, dated 09.12.2017, came to be passed in LSA No.3098 of 2017 in the Lok Adalat at Visakhapatnam. Under this Award, the 1®* respondent was to pay the balance sale consideration to the petitioner and the other respondent 1 vendors and obtained a deed of sale. / It appears that the 1®‘ respondent had thereupon filed E.P.No.19 of 2022, in LSA No.3098 of 2017, in O.S.No.580 of 2016 before the learned II Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam, for execution of the deed of sale in 2. St respondent. However, the said execution petition was favour of the 1 pending before the Executing Court. Aggrieved by the delay in disposal of the Execution Petition, the petitioner has approached this Court, by way of the present Civil Revision 3. Petition. Both Smt. K. Pallavi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G. Rama Gopal, learned counsel appearing for the 1®’ respondent would contend that, they are interested in getting the Execution Petition closed, at the earliest. 4.
