Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, two unknown persons fired shots on the informant’s son causing him gun shot injury on the left hand. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner has got similar criminal Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42127 of 2025(2) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 antecedent. 6.
