No. 08 of 2013 relating to Sheo Prasad V/s Steel Authority of India Limited and Another. (II) That if the Hon'ble Court be pleased to order dated quash the impugned 11/01/2019 in T.A. No. 8 of 2013- Annexure P-2 by issueing writ of certiorari or any other writ deemed fit in the interest of justice. (III) That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant reliefs claims by him in para 7 of T.A. No. 08/2013 by appropriate writ and order. (IV) That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue any other writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions deemed fit in the interest of justice.” 4 Today, when the case is called, the petitioner is not present, nor is there any representation on his behalf to press this petition despite repeated calls. It further appears from the record that the SPC issued to the petitioner on 02.09.2025, but the same has been returned unserved with the endorsement ‘present address not known’. 5 In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are left with no option but to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution. 6 Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
