This Court, vide order dated 06.11.2023 passed in MCRC No. 6440 of 2023, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Ramkumar Sahu, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certi;ed copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned 13th Civil Judge, Junior Division, Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 08.10.2025 has requested for grant of six months KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 additional time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that the case is presently at the stage of prosecution evidence. There are a total of 11 witnesses in this matter. During the bail veri;cation proceedings held on 06.10.2025, upon perusal of the case record, it was observed that the case is time-bound as per the directions of this Court however, no speci;c mention of such direction is re@ected in the order-sheet of the case. It was further noted that the time period granted by this Court has already expired. Previously, summons and bailable warrants were continuously issued to secure the presence of the prosecution witnesses, but they failed to appear before the Court. The case has again been ;xed for prosecution evidence, and fresh summons have been ordered to be issued to the prosecution witnesses. Due to the aforesaid reasons, there is a likelihood of further delay in the disposal of the case, and the time limit for disposal has already lapsed. Therefore, it is most respectfully tender his apology for the delay and humbly request that additional time may kindly be granted for the early and proper disposal of the case. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o5 with the aforesaid direction. 7.
