JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 28/10/2025 In the present matter allegations are leveled under the provisions of Section 302 of IPC; wherein, it is alleged that the applicant who is father of the deceased child had killed his own child and his two daughters escaped from the place of incidence. Upon a perusal of the material available on record it is noted that the medical reports are not adequate as to the urgency vis-a- vis the knee injury of the mother of the applicant and consideration of interim bail thereto. Learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to file a fresh if need so arise in future. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn along with above-said liberty being granted.
