This criminal appeal preferred under Section 374(2) of the Cr.P.C is against impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 26.03.2012 passed in Sessions Trial No. 22/2008 by the learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, (C.G.) whereby the appellants have been convicted and sentenced under Section 147, 148, 332/149, 323/149, 353,149 and 307 of IPC. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the present appeal has been filled by the legal Aid Committee against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 26.03.2012. He further submits that the appellants have filed subsequent appeal against the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 26.03.2012 through private counsel bearing CRA No. 448 of 2012. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he does not want to press the present appeal with liberty to argue the case on behalf of the appellants in subsequent appeal bearing CRA No. 448 of 2012. 4.
