Heard Mr.S.Senthil, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.K.Karthick Jagannath, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, on instructions from the third respondent, submitted that the representation made by the petitioner is pending and that it has to be valued as per the procedure provided under Section 47- 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Writ Petition No.15470 of 2025 AA of the Stamp Act read along with the rules and it will take some time since it has to be referred by the District Collector and thereafter to the said Committee and ultimately, the value has to be fixed. 4. In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to pass final orders within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
