Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2025.11.21 15:22:20 +0530 2 “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and direct the respondents to decide the application of the petitioner for the demarcation of the land and correction of the map of Khasra No. 939and 947/5. 10.2 Any other relief(s)/order(s)/ direction(s) in favour of petitioner, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted an application for demarcation of land mentioning therein before the Tehsildar, Baikunthpur/respondent no. 5 however, no steps have been taken for demarcating the land as prayed for and therefore, direction be issued to Tehsildar to demarcate his land within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that he is having no objection with regard to the limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for respective parties and perused the documents enclosed along with this writ petition. 5. On due consideration of submission made by counsel for respective parties, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, directing respondent no. 5/Tahsildar, Baikunthpur to take decision on pending application submitted by petitioner dated 27.05.2025 for demarcating the land and complete the proceedings within further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if already not decided. 6.
