Some typographical error revealed in the judgment dated 20th March, 2025.
In the 1st page, the cause title in respect of the appellant’s title it should be read as “Singha” instead of “Singh”.
In the list of the representation of learned counsels appearing on behalf of the appellant “Mr. Dip Chandra” should be read as “Mr.Dip Chanda”.
At page 4 at the 10th line from the top ”Plot No. 17” would be omitted in its place “(Plot Nos. 341 and 342)” should be inserted.
In page 5, the last but one line of 1st paragraph “’Ka to Ka/3” should be read as “Kha to Kha/3”.

“illiterate” should be read as “literate”.
In page 12, 1st para last line, the turn

In page 16, at the 3rd line the date of execution of “Arpannama Deed” should be read as
“22.04.1985” instead of “20.04.1985”.
At page 18 in the 2nd line of paragraph 35 the turn “illiterate” should be read as “literate”.
The office is directed to correct the above mentioned rectification in the order itself with a fortnight.
The remaining portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
