The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following main relief:

2. On 07.08.2025, no representation for the petitioner. Today also though the matter is listed under the caption of 8dismissal9, none appeared for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the matter. 3. In the above factual circumstances of the case, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
