This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the complaint case no. 14900 of 2023 under Sections 304-B, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 452, 395, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Surajpur, District Gautam Budh Nagar, pending before the C.J.M., Gautam Budh Nagar, expeditiously within stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the informant in the said case. It is also submitted that an order dated 2.7.2024 was passed by the Court concerned calling for a report under Section 202 CrPC from the police station concerned but no police report has been filed so far and the informant, who is aggrieved party, is running to the Court continuously. 4. Learned AGA opposed the prayer. 5. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 6. It reflects from the perusal of the order sheets that vide order dated 2.7.2024 a report under Section 202 CrPC was called for from the S.H.O. concerned but no police report has been filed so far. In the circumstances, the Court concerned is directed to obtain the said report within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if there is no legal impediment. 7.
