Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent- Police and perused the materials available on record. 3. On a perusal of the records, this Court finds that this is not a fit case to transfer the case in Crime No.98 of 2025 from the file of the second respondent/Police to the file of CB-CID Police. However, the first respondent is directed to withdraw the case in Crime No.98 of 2025 from the file of the second respondent/Police and hand over the same to some other nearby jurisdictional Police Station to conduct a fair investigation. 4.
