ORDER:-
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…issue Writ, or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not taking further steps for cancellation of the self made sale deeds vide document No. 19363/2024 and document No. 19364/2024 dt. 12.08.2024 created by the 4th respondent having contemplated enquiry pursuant to the notice dt.22.03.2025 is as illegal arbitrary highhanded and violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to provision of Registration Act, 1908 and its rules and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take further steps for cancellation of the converted sale deeds vide document No. 19363/2024 and document No. 19364/2024 dt. 12.08.2024 made by the 4th respondent in respect of the petitioners land an extent of Ac.0.16 cents covered by T.S.No.414-1, RSR No.496-1 of Srikakulam Town pursuant to the notice dt.22.03.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent and pass…”
2. Respondents issued notice dated 22.03.2025 to the petitioner herein to attend inquiry with relevant records. Assailing the said notice, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the Court directs the concerned respondent to consider the explanation dated 07.02.2025 which was submitted in response to the notice dated 21.01.2025. He request this Court to direct the concerned respondent to examine the explanation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.

In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondent No.2 to examine the explanation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
