When the writ petition came up for hearing on 05.08.2025, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the learned counsel for the petitioner on record is no more and as such, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the same was returned on 01.12.2025 with an endorsement 8deceased returned to sender9. 2. In view of the fact that the petitioner is no more, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
