2. Status report has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.2/STF, wherein it is stated that complaint of the petitioner has been referred to the respondent no.2/MCD to take appropriate action in the matter. 3. On behalf of the respondent no.2/MCD, it is stated that Show Cause Notice dated 6th May, 2026 has been issued in respect of unauthorized construction in the shape of Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor and Third Floor in the subject property. 4. In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent no.2/MCD to take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law, after complying with all statutory requirements. 5. In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 6.
