Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that dispute, the private respondents in connivance with the police are harassing the petitioner by filing false and frivolous complaints. He further submits that the petitioner has filed a civil suit qua the land in dispute and interim injunction has also been granted in his favour, however, the private respondents, with the help of police are land in dispute.
