DATED : 10-07-2025 Applicant/respondent No.1 has moved this application to direct the registry to disburse the 25% amount, i.e. Rs. 16,58,624/- without interest to her, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has given no objection. It is also contended that respondent No. 1 has submitted a solvent surety/security to the tune of Rs. 21,00,000/- with the registry, but failed to furnish the solvent surety/security to the extent of Rs. 57,000/-. Therefore, she has moved this application. 2. Considering the reasons disclosed in the application as well as no objection given by the learned Advocate for the appellant and the fact that the applicant has furnished the solvent surety/security to the tune of Rs. 21,00,000/-, the application is allowed as prayed. The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer an amount of Rs. 16,58,624 to the bank account of the applicant, upon her furnishing a solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J). 3.
