Pradhan, Addl. PP CORAM: JUSTICE G. SATAPATHY Order No. ORDER(ORAL) 08.08.2025 01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). 2. Since these two bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 3. These two bail applications U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Keonjhar Town PS Case No.167 of 2025 arising out of GR Case No.470 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Keonjhar for commission of offences punishable U/Ss. 296/318(4) of BNS, on the allegation of cheating the victim by taking a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- on the pretext of providing job. 4. Heard, Mr. Rashmi Ranjan Das, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No.7499 of 2025; Mr. Susanta Kumar Parida, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No.7717 of 2025 and Mr. A. Pradhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. 5. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioners vis-a-vis the accusations sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the pre trial detention of the Petitioners in custody with submission of charge sheet in the meantime and keeping in view the materials placed on record in entirety including right of the accused to be presumed innocent until proven guilty at the trial , this Court without expressing any view on merits, admits the petitioners to bail. 6. Hence, these two bail applications of the petitioners namely Pramila Parida in BLAPL No.7499 of 2025 and Bhuban Kumar Mahanta in BLAPL No.7717 of 2025 are allowed and each of the petitioners are allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it. 7.
