Although there is no formal notice of motion in this case; but learned State counsel has filed status report by way of affidavit dated 15.05.2025 of Gurdeep Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Sub Division), Zira, District Ferozepur on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5, which is taken on record.
