This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short “CPC’) seeking transfer of M.C.No.63/2022 pending consideration on the file of Senior Civil Judge Lingasugur to the competent jurisdictional Court at Hubballi. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the distance between Lingasugur and Hubballi is more than 200 km and the hardship that may be caused to the petitioner-wife to the attend the Court proceedings at Lingasugur, I find force in the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-wife. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. 4. That the M.C.No.63/2022 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge Lingasugur is hereby withdrawn and - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:5399 CP No. 100155 of 2024 transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court at Hubballi, forthwith. 5.
