The petitioner-in-person submits that CRMP No. 187 of 2025 was dismissed due to non-compliance of this Court’s order dated 17.01.2025 wherein this Hon’ble Court vide granted 3 weeks time to the petitioner to remove the defaults pointed out by the Registry failing which the CRMP No. 187 of 2025 shall stand dismissed. 3. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein, which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of CRMP No. 187 of 2025. 4.
