This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from his possession of agricultural land in an extent of Ac.3.66 cents in Sy.No.23/2, Manubolu village and mandal, Nellore District under the programme of Navaratnalu for allotment of house sites without issuing any acquisition notification or followed due process of law as directed by this Hon’ble Court in W.P. No.4885 of 2008 dated 26.11.2019. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents relying upon the written instructions of the 3rd respondent dated 23.09.2025 submits that the subject land was placed in the prohibited list and it was not used earlier for any public purpose for the above said welfare scheme. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to deal with the subject land in an extent of Ac.3.66 cents in Sy.No.23/2, Manubolu village and mandal, Nellore District strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. The written instructions of the 3rd respondent dated 23.09.2025 shall be made as part of the court record. 4 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim order if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
