This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking transfer of M.C.No.16/2024 pending consideration before the Senior Civil Judge, Ramdurga to the competent Court at Sirsi. 4. Having taken note of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as the distance between the Ramdurga and Sirsi is about 200 kilometers and therefore taking into consideration the hardship that may be caused to the petitioner herein, I am of the view that the petitioner has made out a ground for transfer of case. 5.
