04/11.04.2025 Heard the Parties. Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. No. 01/2021 arising out of Birsanagar P.S Case No. 73/2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1556 of 2020, registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- I, Jamshedpur. On 21.07.2020 at about 08:00 P.M., the informant along with his brother and staff were sitting in their office. One unknown person called the brother of the informant from outside stating that the petitioner, Gautam Ghosh and Raj Kishore Ghosh were calling him near Hari Mandir. The brother of the informant went outside. Thereafter, he was murdered. It was submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2020. It was also submitted that Ram Ravidas has been granted bail by co-ordinate bench of this court. Learned senior lawyer appearing for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner had given supari for the murder of the deceased as it
appears from his confessional statement. Report regarding the stage of the trial earlier called for has been received, it appears that out of 34 witness, 25 witnesses have already been examined. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the fact that co-accused person has been granted bail by co-ordinate bench of this court and the petitioner is in custody since long, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- I Jamshedpur in connection with S.T. No. 01/2021 arising out of Birsanagar P.S Case No. 73/2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1556 of 2020. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
