It is submitted that in Paragraph No. 1 of the Order dated 09.12.2025, there is a reference to one FIR No.261/2001 while the Petitioner is also involved in FIR No. 611/2001, Police Station Badarpur. 3. Accordingly, the FIR No. 611/2011 registered at Police Station Badarpur be also added in Paragraph No. 1 of the Order dated 09.12.2025. Furthermore, the Order pertains to grant of Parole and not for Bail as is erroneously stated in Paragraph No. 1 of the said Order. 4. The Order dated 09.12.2025 is modified accordingly.
