GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No. 2 and 3 in not provide police aid/protection to the petitioner's property i.e., the land measuring 3.68 cents in Survey No. 346-2A- 1A, situated in Rentakuntia Village, Gangavaram Mandal, Chittoor District, despite the order in I.A No. 36 of 2025 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Palamaner, in O.S. No. 04 of 2025, as arbitrary, illegal, and in violation of Articles 14, 21, and 300-A of the Constitution of India. The petitioner further prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass .” 2.
