(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.0826 of 2020, under Sections 302, 307, 504, 506 and 34 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Laksar, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is the third bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1577 of 2021, was rejected on 13.01.2023. The second bail application, being BA2 No.352 of 2023, was also rejected on 29.11.2023. 4. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co- accused, having similar role, has already been granted bail. 5. This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 2 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
